D’ Andrea Golf Course Closes

The special election to seek a golf course maintenance fee of $28 from the D ’Andrea homeowners has failed. The ballots were tabulated yesterday in a special meeting of the D 'Andrea Home Owners Association.

“It’s very unfortunate that the residents did not see the importance of investing to maintain their beautiful community and way of life,” said Will Gustafson, Managing Partner of D 'Andrea Golf Holdings, LLC. “Since our company cannot continue to operate the course at a loss, we will be closing the golf course immediately and permanently,” he said.

“For us, this golf course has been a labor of love, investing millions of dollars of our own money into D 'Andrea because we love the course, the views, and the community. I especially want to thank the HOA board members and members of the community who supported us and for their time and effort on this issue. Lastly, we want to thank our loyal golfers and all those who have supported us throughout the past eight years,” he concluded.
