Entry Fee: $100 per person, $200 per team (includes green fees, cart fees, range fees, appetizers, beverages and large prize purse). Full D'Andrea Club Member's entry fee $80 per player.
Early Bird Special - Sign up and pay by January 31st and save $15 per player ($85 per player, $170 per team. Full D'Andrea Club Member's entry fee $65 per player)
Entry Deadline: Wednesday February 24th, 2010. Field limited to first 60 paid teams.
Format: Two-Person Scramble with Gross and Net Divisions.
Gross Division: Teams will play at scratch.
Net Division: Teams will receive 20% of the team total handicap (Must have official NNGA or USGA handicap index)
Awards Presentation: Immediately following completion of scoring. Complimentary beverages and appetizers are available for all participants.
Registration begins: 9:00 a.m.

Prizes: Payouts will be determined based on the number of Gross and Net teams entered. Payouts will be posted at the clubhouse before the start of competition. Professionals will be paid by check. Amateurs will receive D'Andrea Gift Cards. Winning teams will be engraved on the perpetual Polar Bear Cup Trophy to be displayed in the D'Andrea Clubhouse.
Optional Skins Game: Team Skins Game, $50 per team cash buy-in. Teams may only enter skins game in their respective divisions.
